Welcome to Avenue Select. This website, www.avenueselect.com, is operated by AvenueSelect Comércio e Importação Ltda. ("Avenue Select", "we", "us"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on this website.
2. Products and availability
We sell designer handbags, accessories and other fashion products sourced through our suppliers and partners. We aim to describe products accurately, including their colors, materials, dimensions and condition. Colors may appear different depending on your screen.
Products are subject to availability. An item shown on the website may become unavailable before we process your order. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the unavailable item.
3. Authenticity
Avenue Select sells authentic products purchased from a European luxury fashion distributor. According to the certificate issued by this supplier, the products it provides are sourced from the brands or their authorized distributors. We do not sell counterfeit, replica or imitation products.
We hold a reseller certificate issued by our supplier, which confirms our business relationship and the purchase of products for resale. If you have any questions about the authenticity of an item you received, please contact us at contact@avenueselect.com so that we can review the case and provide the relevant documentation.
Avenue Select is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or directly authorized as a reseller by the brands we sell. Brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products.
Because our products are not purchased directly from the brands, items may not include brand-issued warranty registration, and brand boutiques may decline to provide services such as repairs or warranty claims. Products are shipped with the packaging, tags and accessories provided by our supplier, as described on the product page.
If you have a good-faith reason to believe an item you received is not authentic, contact us within 14 days of delivery, with photos and a description of your concern. If the item is determined to be not authentic, we will provide a full refund, including shipping costs, upon return of the item.
4. Prices and payment
Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout. Shipping charges and any taxes collected by Avenue Select will be shown before you complete your order. Your payment must be authorized before we process the order.
We may correct pricing or product information errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding, and you may cancel the affected order for a full refund.
5. Orders
After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we received it. This confirmation does not mean the order has been accepted. Your order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation.
We may contact you to verify order or delivery information. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled item.
6. Shipping and delivery
Orders may be prepared and shipped by our suppliers or fulfillment partners, and the shipping origin may vary by product. Orders containing more than one item may arrive in separate packages. Available destinations, shipping charges and delivery estimates are provided during checkout and in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs processing, carrier delays and other circumstances may affect delivery.
7. Import duties, taxes and customs
Orders to the United States are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): import duties and taxes are included in the prices shown on our website, and no additional import fees are charged on delivery. For orders to other countries, the destination country may charge import duties, taxes or customs fees. Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, they are not included in the amount paid to Avenue Select and may be collected from you by the carrier or local authorities.
If you refuse to pay applicable import charges, or a package is returned because it could not be delivered, we will refund the product price after the item is returned to us. Original shipping costs, return shipping costs and any charges imposed on us by the carrier or authorities may be deducted from the refund, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
8. Returns, cancellations and refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds policy and applicable consumer protection laws. Please review that policy before placing an order.
If you are a consumer in Brazil, you may withdraw from your purchase within 7 days of receiving the product, as provided in Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990). Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Avenue Select is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This section does not limit any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
10. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, carrier or customs disruptions, government actions or internet outages. If such an event affects your order, we will notify you and, where applicable, offer a refund.
11. Customer information and privacy
You agree to provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information so we can process your order and contact you when needed. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and handle personal information.
12. Use of the website
You may use this website for lawful personal shopping. You must not use it to commit fraud, interfere with the website's operation, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.
13. Website content
The Avenue Select name, website text, photographs, graphics and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product names and trademarks belonging to other companies remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce or use website content commercially without authorization from the relevant rights holder.
14. Third-party services and links
Our website uses third-party services, including payment providers and shipping carriers, and may contain links to other websites. Those services and websites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Navegantes, Santa Catarina, Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts where applicable.

16. Language
These Terms may be provided in more than one language. If there is any inconsistency, the English version prevails, except where local law requires otherwise.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes to our store, operations or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. The terms applicable to an order are those in effect when the order is placed, unless a change is required by law.
